From Sky Harbor Airport / Phoenix / East Valley / Tucson:

Take I-10 WEST to Exit 131 (Avondale Blvd / Phx Int'l Raceway).
SOUTH on Avondale Blvd (about 7 miles)
Cross Gila (pronounced he' lah) River Bridge-
Stay RIGHT as the road becomes Indian Springs Road
Follow Indian Springs Road to 133rd Ave (1.3 miles from bridge)
Turn LEFT at 133rd Ave. (You will see a small cluster of mailboxes).
Drive one block to Beverley Road.
Turn LEFT on Beverley Road (unpaved).
Indian Springs Ranch is the two (2) story house on the left about 1/4 mile from turn. Come up the driveway to the main house!

From Los Angeles / Far West Valley:

Take I-10 EAST to Estrella Pkwy.
SOUTH on Estrella Pkwy to Vineyard Rd. (You will see signs for the Estrella Ranch Sub-division.)
Turn LEFT on Vineyard Rd, following the perimeter of the Estrella Mt. Regional Park.
PASS Bullard Rd and continue on Vineyard
VEER SOUTH around park to 143rd Ave at Indian Springs Road.
Turn LEFT on Indian Springs Road to 133rd Ave (about 2 miles).
Turn RIGHT at 133rd Ave. (You will see a small cluster of mailboxes).
Drive one block to Beverley Road.
Turn LEFT on Beverley Road (unpaved).
Indian Springs Ranch is the two story house on the left about 1/4 mile from turn. Come up the driveway to the main house!

From Sun City / Luke AFB / Litchfield Park / Goodyear / Avondale:

SOUTH on Litchfield Road to MC 85 (just beyond the R.R. Tracks).
Turn RIGHT on MC 85 to Bullard Road (about 2 miles).
Turn LEFT on Bullard Road to Vineyard Road at the end of the Gila River Bridge (about 2 miles)
Turn LEFT on Vineyard Rd to 143rd Ave at Indian Springs Road.
Turn LEFT on Indian Springs Road to 133rd Ave (about 2 miles).
Turn RIGHT at 133rd Ave. (You will see a small cluster of mailboxes).
Drive one block to Beverley Road.
Turn LEFT on Beverley Road (unpaved).
