There are many reasons why guests love to visit us!

Many guests come to the Phoenix & Arizona area to escape the cold, damp, gray skies of our northern states. We offer the sunshine and warmth of climate and hospitality. Our guests use the Phoenix area as a base for touring the rest of the state, and come to see what it is about the desert that is so intriguing.

Native American art and history in Phoenix and Flagstaff, the Cowboy Poetry Contest in Wickenburg, international cultural exhibits all over the state, and the Hassayampa Nature Trail to the west of Buckeye, are an example of some art and cultural attractions.

We are located on the southwest side of Phoenix, where much of the latest development is taking place. New restaurants and new stadiums -- the Cleveland Indians’ stadium is to be ready in the Spring of 2009 and is only 4.4 miles from our front door -- are just a few of the new attractions here. Most of the cactus League Spring Training for baseball is also on the west side, having moved to newer stadiums.

People come to Avondale, Goodyear, Tolleson, Litchfield Park, and Phoenix for business, sporting events like football and ice hockey, golf, hiking, bird watching, horseback riding, cycling. They also come because of special interests (church conferences, family reunions, weddings, club gatherings).

While they are here guests may enjoy spectator sports (we get lots of race fans who come to the Phoenix International Raceway), or participate in group sports (we have had some race crews stay with us repeatedly).

And sometimes, guests visit just for "getting away from it all and doing nothing."
